Vibha and Aimee helped guide me through the Estate sale of my Father’s home. Estate sales can be confusing with additional requirements added to an already confusing real estate process. Vibha and Aimee informed me step by step of all of the requirements I needed to fulfill, and when permissible both had helped in assisting me by being at the homes location to provide excellent support. Both Realtors advocated for me during this trying time when I had to handle many tasks at once. Having knowledgeable Realtors assist in steering the process along should Not be underestimated. There are realtors and then there is Vibha! Her personable nature was what made us pick her as our agent for what was going to be an arduous undertaking of finding a home in NJ from out of state. Having her as our partner during this journey proved to be one of the best decisions we made in the process. She is extremely attentive to her clients’ needs, never rushing them or nudging their decisions to make things easier for her, like we felt some realtors can tend to do. She was also very warm towards our kids and respected their part in the home viewing/purchase process. That was also a factor in why we picked her – she really is in this line of work to help families find their home! When we ran into challenges with unreasonably tough sellers, Vibha was there every step of the way, going out of her way many times to do whatever she can to help and make the process easier for us and finally seal the deal. She is knowledgeable, well connected, resourceful, prompt and super responsive and knows how to get the job done. We had a great home selling experience, with Vibha's help we staged our home, took great pictures and put the advertising out. Her communication skills helped me understand the complexities of pricing and the art of negotiation. My home was sold quicker than expected due to Vibha's marketing skills.
